Sarah Curtis

Sarah Curtis joined Carlton Investment Services Group as a Client Services Associate in March of 2025. Her career began as a self-employed caregiver, where she not only provided compassionate support but also managed the operations of her small business. Handling everything from budgeting and scheduling to client relations, these skills gave Sarah valuable firsthand experience in managing the financial and operational aspects of a business.

This hands-on experience sparked a deeper interest in finance and business management, motivating her to pursue a degree in Finance at Minnesota State University, Mankato. Throughout her studies, Sarah focused on financial analysis, developing skills in evaluating financial data and making informed decisions. She completed several projects that emphasized these skills, including in-depth financial modeling and investment analysis, which strengthened her passion for personal investing and financial planning. Through this work, Sarah recognized the important role that sound financial strategies play in helping both individuals and businesses thrive.

Combining her practical background with formal education, Sarah found a natural fit in the financial services industry…a place where she can bring her organizational skills and genuine care for people to the forefront. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys hiking in northern Minnesota, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen and spending quality time with friends.
