Ashley Kautzer

Ashley Kautzer is the Director of Client Services at Carlton Investment Services Group. She joined the team in December 2020 after building a successful career with well-established firms such as Wells Fargo Institutional Brokerage Services and Wells Fargo Advisors.

Ashley’s journey in the financial services industry began as a teller at Wells Fargo Bank, where she quickly developed an interest in the investment world. Over the years, she gained extensive experience working with Wells Fargo Institutional Brokerage where she mastered the operational side of the business and supported financial advisors with a wide range of inquiries. She also served as a Sales Assistant to several financial advisors, gaining firsthand insight into client relationships and advisor workflows.

Her expertise further expanded as a Trading Representative, where she combined her knowledge of trading and operations to assist clients managing their own accounts through Wells Trade. With more than a decade in brokerage and banking, Ashley understands what it takes to drive business success through exceptional service and in-depth industry knowledge.

What truly sets Ashley apart is her genuine dedication to being there for clients beyond just transactions and numbers. Raised in South Minneapolis, Ashley now calls Excelsior home, enjoying the beauty of Lake Minnetonka and the close-knit community around it. Outside of work, she loves spending quality time with family and friends, hiking, and maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle.
